Connection in Action profile: Gatherly
Building friendship, one gathering at a time.
What does it take to feel connected? For Gatherly, the answer is simple: a welcoming space, a shared activity, and a little courage to show up.
Gatherly is an inclusive community social club built around friendship, creativity, and belonging. Their gatherings — from neighbourhood walks and craft meetups to book clubs, yoga sessions, and community events — are intentionally designed to make meeting new people feel natural, low-pressure, and fun. Whether someone is new to the city or simply looking for deeper connection, Gatherly creates space for them.
“All of our gatherings are intentionally designed to encourage connecting and conversation around shared experiences. Connection doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it simply starts with showing up and being open.”
— Tessa Saeedi, Founder & Creative Community Director, Gatherly
